For the Second Year in a Row, The Windsor School Math Team
Achieves the Highest Score Among Private Schools
2011 Results
The Windsor School Math Team finished 1st among all private schools in the 2011 New York State Mathematics League Team competition. The team placed first in our region and 3rd out of more than 200 public and private schools in all of New York State. The final standings were determined by the results of 6 exams. High scoring students were Yanzhi Wang and Yixiao Wu.

2010 Results
More than two hundred high schools throughout New York State participate each year in the New York Mathematics League. Six tests are administered between October and April. A total of 180 points constitutes a perfect score.
The Windsor School of Flushing finished in a tie for second place in the statewide competition with a score of 179 points and was also the top scoring high school in Queens.
Windsor students, Yixiao Wu and Hao Wang, were the number one and two scorers respectively in the state. Other high scoring Windsor students were Fangyu Gao, Huanzhen Xiao, and Zhou Lu.
The team is organized and guided by our outstanding math teacher, Mr. Viktor Toporov.
The Windsor School Math Team achieved the highest score among private schools competing in the 2010 New York Mathematics League competition. This is the second year in a row that The Windsor School earned this distinction.
